PP3 sensation and clubhead design?

Is there any connection between the MOI(clubhead) and sense of sweetspot experienced by the hands.

eg. for a set mass of clubhead...if that mass is centred mainly behind the sweetspot ...or if the same mass were arranged in a perimeter weighter design...

would the lag pressure exerted by the trailing mass feel the same?

ie. varying of weight around the clubhead effects the sensation at the base of the index finger PRIOR to impact.

Eg. (assuming equal total mass / wind resistance / COG is centred in same position relative to hosel)

Please note that I am using the yellow clubhead purely as an illustration of extreme perimeter weighting. Please assume that it has a face to create normal wind resistance rather than a hole in the middle of the clubhead.

There is a big difference in my 'feel' of them, at least for standard vs. square drivers. The traditional shape head is based on a swinger's rotating sweet spot. The square drivers are based on a hitter's 'on plane' sweet spot.

To a much lesser degree, these can be felt in different iron designs.
